District Manager - San Diego Affordable Region - Corporate Office | San Diego, CA

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a strategic full-time salaried Area Manager with conventional property experience to support in the San Diego Affordable Region. This position is a Full-Time | Salary | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.

The pay range for this position is: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE

The right candidate must have strong community manager experience that includes affordable and conventional multi-family housing experience. CPM or CAPS designation a plus. Willing to train the right internal candidate.

• Affordable LITHC experience required.
• 3 years as a regional manager in residential property management with supervisory/ management experience. 
• Real Page or Yardi Budget Template experience a plus.
• CPM designation is a plus but not required
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Teams or Zoom, experience required.
• A high level of reporting to owners and executive teams on budgets, financial variances, forecasting, market analysis, and weekly pricing.
• Acquisition and Disposition experience.
• 3^rd Party / Fee Management experience essential.
• Collaborating with departments to meet property goals.
• Hire, train, set goals and monitor staff performance.
• A high level of comfort with speaking in groups, public forums or extemporaneously.
• Critical writing requirements include correct grammar, structure, punctuation and word usage.
• Weekly visits to the portfolio; on-site 75% of the time.
• Must meet reporting deadlines.

Eligible positions will receive monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses. Eligible positions will also receive monthly housing discounts.
